Whether you are packing yourself or having the professionals do it, we always recommend using professional cartons, AKA boxes. These boxes are the same nationwide.

5.2 AKA dish pack cartons are the strongest cartons, and are commonly used for glass, electronics, pictures, and tall items such as lamps.
1.5 AKA book cartons are the smallest and are used for books, canned food, cleaners, and anything really heavy that might make a normal box unmovable or unstable for loading.
3.0 AKA medium cartons are great for items that are not too heavy such as lamp shades, dry foods, shoes, and light weight garage items.
4.5 cartons are great for light items such as linens, dry flowers, and bedding.
6.0 cartons are one of the largest boxes we use and are great for large items including toys, comforters, and etc.
Wardrobe cartons are for all hanging clothes and tall items.
Mirror cartons are mostly self explanatory although they are used for pictures and glass tops as well.
